Ed Fox has been practicing Reiki since 2002, building upon related work in "energy medicine" since 1979.

To help others benefit from some of his experiences, he is making entries here, as well as in a blog and other types of sites.

Of particular interest is an outline for a book (ReikiOutline), with the contents of the book gradually being added to the blog.
