Thanks to support from the National Science Foundation (NSF) under the NSDL program, Virginia Tech is working with the Artificial Intelligence Lab of the University of Arizona to develop the GetSmart system, a digital library service with support for ConceptMaps.
The GetSmart e-learning tool will be used to assist students during the semester. The web-based portal provides several services, including: (1) course content information: syllabus, outline, course slides, assignments, lecture notes, etc., (2) “concept map” creation facility for representing learning processes and outcomes, and (3) search and analysis tools for information technology research. Detailed information will be provided to assist students in working with GetSmart, including for chapter study and research project documentation.
Regarding individual concept maps that you turn in:
Regarding printing so you can show your map to your group, there are several ways to avoid the problem with truncating the righthand side.
